An Urban Story
The sound of seagulls.
The sound of people.
The rustling of trees.
These are no longer the sounds that define Kadıköy.
Now, there is the sound of drills. Concrete begins to crack in the early hours of the morning. Construction vehicles fill the narrow streets. Buildings and sidewalks disappear behind construction netting.
This story explores how continuous construction is transforming the soundscape, streets and everyday life of Kadıköy.

The Real Ones Podcast: A Tragicomic Story
A cafeteria turnstile is designed to keep the line moving. Cards are scanned, students pass through, and the system repeats itself hundreds of times each day.
But what happens when someone forgets a card? When a staff member recognizes the student and decides to help, a routine moment turns into a question of rules, responsibility and job security.
This tragicomic story explores what happens when a rigid system leaves no room for human judgment, and when the safest decision is simply not to decide.

Media Appearance
From 2023 to 2024, I served as a software developer on the IMM Tech Robotics Competition Team. I worked on sensor data processing and autonomous movement algorithms, contributing to software modules that enabled the robot to respond dynamically to changing conditions during competition. Working under time pressure strengthened my debugging skills and adaptability. Seeing how software translated directly into mechanical performance gave me a strong understanding of systems thinking. Through our participation in the FIRST Robotics Competition, I also experienced the intensity of large-scale international tournaments and the value of collaborative engineering under real-world pressure.
